Event Description:

Board Director Paul Cruickshank (GSAS ‘11) will be hosting lunch at Uma Nota, a Brazilian Japanese restaurant, at the corner of Peel and Hollywood. It will be a causal get together - no agenda, speaker, or discussion topic. We look forward to catching up with you all!

We'll be ordering from the restaurant's set menu, copied below. Drinks are separate and can be paid for individually. Please note that Uma Nota is a Type C restaurant, and requires that everyone use the Leave Home Safe app to enter the restaurant.

Uma Nota Set Lunch

Fresh Salads (Unlimited Refills)
-Mango coleslaw, white-purple cabbage, carrots, mango dressing, coriander (GF)
-Roasted eggplant, miso sauce, white sesame seeds (GF)
-Broccoli, edamame, cherry tomato, sesame dressing, black sesame seeds

Choice of mains:
-Cassava Nhoque (V) (GF) with parmesan cream, mushroom and eggplant
-Salmon Teriyaki with homemade teriyaki sauce, broccoli, edamame, rice
-Roasted Chicken Thigh with tare sauce, homemade pickles, rice
-Butcher's Cut Steak with corn farofa, Brazilian vinaigrette, sweet potato fries
-Special of the Day (TBD)
-Uma Nota Cheeseburger (5oz beef patty, Biquinho chilli chutney, Katsuobushi mayo) with sweet potato fries
-Roasted Chicken Thigh with cheddar, tomato, avocado cream, lettuce
-Crispy Zucchini (V) with roasted tomato sauce, mozzarella, pickled cucumber, arugula
