Event Description:
Come enjoy a fun evening of races and food/drinks in one of the private boxes at the Happy Valley racecourse on Oct 19 with your fellow alumni!
***As we have a party of more than 12, guests need to show a photo proof of negative RAT result, on which the guest’s name, day, and time of taking the test are marked on the RAT testing kit, obtained within 24 hours before arrival (or PCR test conducted within 48 hours).***
DRESS CODE AND OTHER CLUB POLICIES
Please take note of our dress code: Blazers or sports jackets over shirts, sports shirts with collars, or turtle necks; or shirt
and a tie. Zhong Shan suit, Cheong Sam and Min Ou (cotton jacket) are also acceptable. Ladies are requested to wear a
comparable standard of dress. Blue denim jeans, T-shirts, tracksuits, singlets, shorts, overalls, shoes for sports activities,
and flip flops are not acceptable.
In accordance with Club Bye-laws, mobile phones must be switched to silence or vibration mode before entering the
racecourses.
No person under the age of 18 will be admitted to enter a Members’ or Public Enclosure.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
· All persons entering the racecourses and all catering premises should scan LeaveHomeSafe QR Code using the LeaveHomeSafe mobile application in their mobile phones before entry to the racecourses, and present vaccination record for the purpose of Vaccine Pass verification and checking that they are not holding a Red or Amber Code. In addition, they will have to abide by other public health measures, including temperature screening before entry and wearing of face masks during the race meetings
· All persons should comply with the Club’s Conditions of Entry
· Any person who (a) has been tested positive for COVID-19 by COVID-19 nucleic acid test or by rapid antigen test, (b) is currently under home quarantine for being a close contact of a confirmed case or a household member of a close contact, (c) has travelled outside Hong Kong and is currently subject to a compulsory quarantine order, or (d) is required to undergo COVID-19 testing pursuant to a compulsory testing notice or direction (except for compulsory testing required after the end of compulsory quarantine or self-monitoring for persons returning from places outside Hong Kong) and has not been confirmed negative will not be admitted.
· All attendees must wear face mask at any time unless they are sitting down at dining tables and consuming food and beverage
